Pros: This was my first time using this service. I was a bit apprehensive because I had to catch the Amtrak at Bloomington-N but then the bus arrived on schedule, the bus driver was very conscious of time and he was also very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience for me. Tips: Be sure to be at the bus terminal on time.
