Pros: Communication from drivers and staff at the bus terminal was great. I got a text- email and terminal staff kept us informed the entire time. Cons: I didn’t realize or remembered to check the legroom space- seats were somewhat spacious and comfy. But maybe a little more legroom. My son is 6’5’ and his knees were touching the seat . Plus if the seat in front was reclines would hurt him if he couldn’t turn sideways.
