Pros: Convenient. Cons: I did not see any place to charge my phone. Tips: Bring headphones. Some passengers did not have headphones and it was annoying.

Pros: Was so much quieter than the train. So easy getting on at Alewife in Cambridge.- bus was clean, got in early. Would definitely use again. Cons: Seat reclining. I thought I read there was WiFi on these buses but I didn’t see any signs about it or anything.

Pros: The drive was so good and the driver communicated very well. The bus was clean and the ride was so smooth. Cons: The WiFi works in some buses and don’t work in others.

Bus Driver needs to do "things the way they are supposed to be done" as he said after the huge catastrophe. Did not check our names off the list until there was a problem with not enough seats on the bus. This led to a 30+ min delay with many people being kicked off the bus after the bus driver originally letting them on the bus and said that they were on the right bus.

Pros: The driver was an excellent driver, the bus seats need cleaning very serious cleaning. Passengers were my issues but it not the fault of the bus. Cons: Clean the seats. Tips: Travelers need to be mindful that others are also traveling like chewing loudly or having a child cried the entire trip.

Pros: Bus arrived to pick up on time About an hour later bus breaks down. New old bus arrives with no WiFi. Stinky Toilet. Arrived at my destination 2 hours late. Cons: Buy newer buses.
