Pros: The driver was an excellent driver, the bus seats need cleaning very serious cleaning. Passengers were my issues but it not the fault of the bus. Cons: Clean the seats. Tips: Travelers need to be mindful that others are also traveling like chewing loudly or having a child cried the entire trip.

Pros: Bus arrived to pick up on time About an hour later bus breaks down. New old bus arrives with no WiFi. Stinky Toilet. Arrived at my destination 2 hours late. Cons: Buy newer buses.

Pros: I liked that the bus driver helped to find seats for those who came later. Cons: more spaces for outer coats or helping out with which storage is emptier than others. Also, it's hard to figure out how to connect to the Wi-Fi; it would be better with a sign with the bus number and a password. Tips: Bring your own water and a powerbank as if you sit on the aisle seat you'll have a trouble putting your charger and disturbing a person sitting next to you.

Pros: It was pretty quite. Cons: Cleaness and arrival time. Tips: Its a decent ride.

Pros: It was convenient and inexpensive. Cons: Wi-fi works intermittently and is very slow. Not good for any real work. It is a bone-rattling trip and not very comfortable. Temperature varied from warm to cold enough to need to take coats on and off during the trip. There's not really enough room to put your seat back without significantly crowding the person behind you, and both ways either my, or my partner's seat arm or lever to go back, were broken. It was a "Babson Beavers" school bus vs. the usual Academy Bus. Tips: Dress in layers, bring food and drink, have low expectations.

Pros: The trip went swimmingly. The bus arrived on time, in the place I expected it to arrive. The driver was good. Cons: The bus deserved an upgrade. It would have been greatly preferred to have a bus with outlets to charge devices. The Gobuses customer service number never works.

Pros: We left on the 7:30am bus from Vienna to Manhattan on 12/28. The driver was so awesome that morning! She was friendly and helpful and just awesome. Wish I could remember her name. Cons: The one hour delayed arrival in Manhattan due to unscheduled stop in NJ that took quite awhile. Not the end of the world, we didn’t miss our reservation but it was a bit too close for comfort.
