My driver was stern but I felt safe which I appreciated. He set standards beforehand which I appreciated and he was focused and nice.

Pros: The ride was nice and it was easy. Cons: Bus driver attitude. I wish there was more empathy and understanding as she got snippy and shook her head when she asked me for my name and then asked in a rude way "Your last name?" Some people are first time travelers and even if their not still, be courteous to others. Tips: N/a.

Pros: I had my own row. When there was a delay i got an email about it. Cons: The bus broke down for several hours on the side of the road. Many people (including myself) had to get picked up on the side of the highway. There wasn't much for updates from the driver on what was happening. I sent an email to get reimbursed and still waiting to hear back. The seats were not clean and there were q-tips in the holders. Tips: Buy ticket ahead because ticket prices increase the closer to the travel date.

Pros: Timing schedule and route stop. Cons: Staff can be little more helpful to customer request. Staff has blocked front two rows seats, that require passengers (family) to Seat separately. Tips: Make sure bus will Not reach on time schedule to NY. Bus route require 4.5 hours.
