Bus left on time. The ride was fairly smooth and mostly uneventful. Bus left on time. The ride was fairly smooth and mostly uneventful.

The delay to swap out drivers took longer than I would have liked. There could have been a little more distancing between occupied seats although I realize there has to be enough passengers to make the trip worthwhile cost wiseThe delay to swap out drivers took longer than I would have liked. Yes, you can change a Peter Pan bus reservation. Both the time and the date of travel can be changed. To modify your reservation you will need to visit a Peter Pan ticket counter or contact customer service at 800-343-9999.

To change your ticket there is a fee of $5 (if the cost of the ticket is less than $10) or $10 (if the cost of the ticket is more than $10), plus any difference in fare for the new ticket. A transaction cost of $2.50 per ticket will also apply.

Since Peter Pan Bus Lines might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.
