Cheap bus tickets from Philadelphia to Boston

Pros: Both legs of the trip (Philadelphia - New York & New York - Boston) arrived on time without issues. I enjoyed the window views on the trip from New York to Boston as the bus had large and clean windows. Cons: Leg room in seats was still very cramped. The second bus lacked a tray for working on a laptop and the first one's tray was very small. Tips: Make sure to get in line early to secure a decent seat. There are a lot of good food options outside of the Port Authority Bus Terminal that are much better than those inside so its worth checking around.

Pros: The experience was very satisfying. From the moment I boarded the bus, the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The bus was clean and comfortable, which is essential for a long journey. The trip went smoothly, with scheduled stops at convenient locations that allowed us to stretch our legs and refresh ourselves. Cons: They should try to maintain more hygiene in the bathroom because my seat was in front of the bathroom and after a trip the smell was very unpleasant every time they opened the bathroom door. Tips: Stay informed about the location of your bus through the app.

Pros: The driver was very nice and helpful. He also drove very well and I felt safe. Cons: The seats were old and the leather on them was fading away. Tips: The traveler behind me kept talking on the phone for which the driver had to make the announcement of traveling rules on the bus again.

Pros: The two drivers were great. The young woman who dripove from Philly to NYC was superchill and inspired confidence in how she stayed alert in situations like traffic stopping for a turned around car on the highway, but also chill as the traffic was less intense. The other driving also took the traffic in stride and got us into Boston. Their calm and confident manners in holiday traffic likely kept passengers calm as well. Cons: The wanderu site was helpful. Tips: Brought my puppy and she was fine with the entire round trip experience.

Pros: I liked the fee water, arrival time, & the service of the staff/bus operator. Cons: Covid-19 safety measures.

Pros: Nice and spacious, there weren't too many others traveling. Cons: If updated estimated arrival times could be announced during the trip, that would be great! I had a friend waiting to pick me up from the station, and it's important to me that I'm able to communicate accurately when I'll be arriving. If the wifi worked, that would be great as well! Tips: Download music or TV for off-line entertainment.

Pros: the train. Cons: Your ticketing process for Greyhound. Tips: If you choose to pick up your ticket in Philadelphia, you can do it on one of multiple kiosks at the Greyhound Station so it is easy and fast.

Pros: I was a little nervous about taking a bus so far, since I never had, but it was better than I expected! Comfortable seating, people were quiet & respectful. Cons: Maybe a pit stop half way through.

Pros: The fact that I slept probably the whole way through. Cons: Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Tips: Bring a neck pillow and minimize your luggage. Instead of a suitcase bring a backpack.
