Pros: Round trip senior discount. Cons: can't get senior discount online, has to be in person, and counter was not open when I left Boston. Only was able to get the discount at North Londonderry. If bus line went to Manchester, NH it would be busier.

Pros: Wi-Fi, nice driver, clean and comfortable, not too crowded, fair price. Cons: Sometimes being on the bus with the mask makes me feel very Claustrophobic and anxious. I don’t expect much out of this comment towards improvement other than our own extension of compassion, I hope when someone pulls down their mask for a gasp of fresh air it doesn’t make them viewed instantly as an anti masker it makes them a human being going through an experience, trying their best :) thank you.

Pros: I had an excellent person to drive. While we were stopped I keep observing him. I was very impress with his customer service and the way he interact with clients. How he talked to every person with that feeling of helping and making sure everyone were fine and the same page. Overall he shouldn’t be a driver he should be either managing, supervising and training other drivers. His skill are natural it comes from inside, that is a way that a job should be done. I have more to say he is EXCELLET! Cons: That every driver could be like the one I had on November 12 at 1130am. Tips: Always be pleasant regarles what type of day they are having don’t give hard time to the driver. They have our live in their hands.
