Pros: The amount of available sets open for passengers to have room and be comfortable is very acceptable. Nobody likes an overcrowded bus ride. Thank you. Cons: The exterior of the bus windows are extremely dirty. Busses are a product of the business/corporation. Presentation is everything. A simple wash should already be incorporated. Fix the issue please. Thank you. Tips: New born Babies should not be allowed to travel as the seat belts can only protect a larger person. Plus a baby crying can interrupt a 4hr trip. Thank You.

Pros: I like the fact we departed on time, i was pleased that the rest of the passengers were respectful and people were not obnoxious and loud ( even if they were that wouldn't be anything peter pan did ) and the staff was punctual and efficient. I mentioned earlier in a question above that we arrived late , but that wasn't due to anything the driver did , it was bc of traffic on highways leaving our Worcester stop. Cons: Normally when i ride with peter pan the wifi works after i sign in using my email, but this previous trip i took it would not allow me get to the page to sign in to ise the wifi, not sure if that was bc of peter pan or something else, also when i tries to use the outlets under the passenger window of my seat it didn't have power as if it was disconnected or bc it was broken, and last thing which im not sure could be improved or not bc of the manufacturer of the bus , but i was seated in the seat very far in the back the very last row and although it was a spacious for arm space the seat was unable to recline and the back of the seats are very straight and erect so without being able to recline it was uncomfortable on my neck and back esp if trying to take a nap before reaching the destination.... Tips: One tip i have for other travellers is don't sit in the seats all the way in the back of the bus in the last row if you want to be able to recline back , or try to nap , also make sure your devices are charged bc you may not find an available working outlet to charge your devices.....

Pros: Very efficient, even arrived in Springfield 5 minutes early!! Cons: Nothing, everything was great! Tips: Arrive around 20-30 min before bus departure if you want first pick of seats.

Pros: Direct route with no transfers, easy to get to. Cons: Had no issues. Tips: Arrive at least 15 minutes early to get a good seat, make sure devices are charged in case you are unable to use outlets on the bus.

Pros: The driver was funny and friendly. The trip was smooth, the driver was very knowledgeable, and I was able to relax. Cons: The wifi could be a little easier to access. Tips: Hold on when you try to use the bathroom while bus is in motion.
