Pros: I liked how comfortable the bus was and the ride was pretty smooth. I was able to travel very safely and with ease. Cons: I had trouble finding where the bus actually picked people up, so making that information more clear would be very helpful. Tips: Good luck and have a safe travel!

Pros: The schedule was a good time during the day. The Greyhound didn't make too many stops. Cons: There's no Greyhound Customer Service desk at Springfield Union Station and the Leader Board signs were all wrong. I got to the train station a half hour early and the Leader board said Last Call going to Boston Greyhound at 2:00 and the bus was at 2:25. And the dock where the bus parked had the wrong city destination on it. It said Albany when I was going to Boston. Sent me into a panic and very confused. I alerted the driver about the issue but he probably doesn't know how to fix or who to contact at Springfield Union Station. Tips: Make sure you have Greyhound Costumer service saved to your phone?
