Pros: Consistently excellent, no regrets for choosing the Train for my monthly visit with Family and friends, drove the 135 miles, Each way, around 2.5 hours. With train including to and from station, a little less than 2 hours, not including no wheel time and at less 1.5 hrs of relaxation. Cons: The train is find, track part of the stations could use quite a bit of up keep. It would be niece to have a place to wait for train on train level, instead of stairs and hallways.

Pros: The staff were excellent on both legs of the trip ( to New Haven and back to Springfield). ON the first leg, at least two staff went out of their way to help a woman who had trouble getting her ticket. On the way back, a conductor tried hard to intervene with an uncooperative couple and their dog. She remained professional and clear when they were disrespectful and inappropriate. Cons: The speaker was difficult to hear - very scratchy and screechy.
