OurBus

Pros: It met my needs, and the price was great. I'll certainly look to Wanderu for my future travel needs. Cons: I realize that to save costs you run a limited number of buses, but on a Saturday night, by the time I got to NYC, my selection of connections on MetroNorth to go to Connecticut were limited. I didn't get to my final destination until the early hours of Sunday morning. Tips: Check all your connections before making reservations. Plan out your entire route.

Greyhound

Pros: I liked that this time we departed the bus depot in Baltimore on time. The gentleman at the service desk was very helpful. It was the same driver as last time, and the same grievance I had last time I'm raising again. For quite a few of the stops he made, he never made an announcement as to where we were, or how long the stop was, it was confusing. Cons: Better communication between the driver and passengers. Tips: It was an overnight trip, so I didn't get to test out the WiFI, if there was one.
