Pros: very nice staff, informative, relaxing, and felt safe. Cons: nothing. Tips: book with ourbus they are great.

Cons: The bus almost left us, we were inside to be called,no one came to waiting area to call the passengers this was first time taking the bus .I think is better to come in the waiting area to let people know the bus is there for the trip. Tips: The communication between the driver and passengers is very important other than that I will use it again.

Pros: Cheaper than alternatives. Cons: Fix lighting on bus (toilet and reading lights). Provide toilet paper and hand sanitizer in toilet. More leg room for seats. Control temperature (bus was too hot). Better boarding location (12th Ave. really is inconvenient). Tips: Be flexible.

Pros: The trip was on time. Cons: Have charging port on your buses. Tips: They should have their battery fully charge.

Pros: We arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Cons: The bus driver was a safe driver. Although we arrived nearly 40 minutes ahead of schedule, there were times during the trip when I was hoping that the driver would move the bus a little faster. Tips: I think its important to remind visitors that Back Bay is NOT South Station. Upon arrival to back bay, i overheard commotion stemming from the fact that a few passengers expected to end up at south station. Surely, back bay is printed clearly on the ticket, but first time and unsavvy visitors may not make the distinction until the bus is pulling into its arrival.

Pros: Nothing. Cons: Driver was very rude and impatient when boarding and offloading. Driver was not helpful when answering questions. My departure time was delayed by one hour and moved from 7 to 8.

Pros: Not much. The worst bus trip I’ve been on. I feared for my safety. Cons: The driver needs to be spoken with. I’m not a fan of demanding someone be fired, but his behavior on that trip is more than concerning. He called the police on a passenger (possibly because of his own biases), stopped on the side of the road with no explanation, and then soon after drove on the shoulder of the road, then swerved to gain control of the bus. Everyone was terrified. He almost definitely fell asleep at the wheel. There was no explanation or apology provided. Also, the bus absolutely needs seat belts. Many passengers commented on this while in fear.

It was a pleasant surprise to see that there was a toilet on the bus

Pros: Simple. Cons: Wasn't fast, 40 mins late. Tips: It's enjoyable overall and worth it.

Pros: We arrived safely. Cons: There was inkynone bottle of water. The potty stop restrooms were filthy. Tips: Bring snacks and water.
