Pros: Bus and signage all accurate, was parked where it said it would be , left on time, no delays, not crowded, was a fast and super pleasant bus trip!!!! Thank You!!!! Cons: Maybe some light snacks? Driver could introduce himself? Tips: Highly recommend!!!!

Pros: The price. Cons: Timeliness and the accurate location of trailway buses at port authority. Tips: Trailway buses are at port authority. Inside, not outside. And 2 levels down.

The ticket did not indicate the gate number. I had to ask the station staff. I was afraid that I might not find the gate and because of this I would be late for the bus

Pros: Driver was very communicative, efficient, and friendly. The bus wasn't packed so I had my own seat. Seats were really comfy. Cons: About halfway through the ride, I thought the bathroom started to smell a bit. Tips: Some seats do not have outlets (it's stated by the seat on the window) so make sure you look around.

Pros: I booked this at the last minute (90 minutes prior) when anoher busline projected a two hour delay after we waited 25 minutes past the departure time with no information, and then an update arrived which cast doubt on the trip. We also had a tight connect at Binghamton, NY for Ithaca, NY, where no real transfer time was scheduled, and the driver took great pains to make sure the connectung bus did not depart without us. Cons: Upgrade the bus's interior. Tips: The trip was safe and reliable. This is one of the main buslines; the newby lines are a bit more risky.

Pros: Punctuality and the drivers professionalism. The WiFi was really good. Cons: Struggled to find the gate where the bus and almost missed it as a result. Tips: Get to the check in on time.

Pros: Once on the bus, everything went so smoothly! Cons: It was hard to figure out where to print our tickets, and whether or not we had to print our tickets. We arrived early to figure it out, but nearly missed our bus bc things weren’t always clear. Also, the charging ports on the bus were all broken. Tips: Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer to help prevent the spread of disease!
