Pros: Outstanding seats! Thank you for the free water. Cons: There was a delay in boarding, which sometimes can't be helped. We were around 25-30 minutes late to NYC, but that's mostly due to jersey traffic, not so much the carriers fault. Whatever model bus they had I hope they keep it.
