Pros: We arrived early. The bus was not crowded. Cons: Possibly cleanliness.

Pros: Just comfortable and got me to where I was going. Bus left on time and arrived a few minutes early. Cons: To tell people using their phones to speak quietly. Tips: Don't talk loud on cellphones!

The seats were starting to get worn out.

Pros: It left on time and arrived 15 early. Cons: Taken luggage out of the hold!! Tips: Keep your phone conversation down!

Pros: Clean bus and good staff. Cons: Arrived very late. Tips: N/A.

Pros: On time departure and arrival, clean bathroom, cheap price to get where we wanted to go. Cons: I would have liked to choose my own seat.

Pros: Made good timing NY to Boston. Arrived 30 minutes early. Excellent bus driver All good.... Cons: Couldn't find an outlet to plug in my phone. Not sure there was one. My phone needed to be recharged halfway to Boston, but couldn't. Tips: I don't know if there was WiFi actually.. Maybe if the driver announced what was available to us when first leaving NYC, that would be nice.

Pros: Was more or less on time. Cons: My first intercity bus in a long time with no restroom. There seemed an excess of seats. My knees were against the seat in front and I am short. Bus seemed old: seats worn, lots of rattling. Had to change seat because people had reservations--had not known there were any on this bus. Tips: Watch out for seat reservations. Check availability of restroom if possible.

Pros: All in all the bus was nice. If you are tall as me can be a little uncomfortable due to the space between seats. For a short ride like the one I did that's fine, manageable, For longer rides i wouldn't recomend it. Cons: The space between seats. The clening of the restroom. Tips: They are extremelñy punctual. Have that in mind.

Driver was very friendly.

Pros: n/a. Cons: the seats are a little high so can cause some back pain; cleanliness—there was trash in multiple rows of seats. maybe remind passengers to take trash with them, or leave a garbage bag in front. Tips: there are no outlets on the bus, be warned.

Pros: WANDERU app. Cons: Waiting area with protection from weaather would be GREAT!!!

Pros: The bus was on time and the driver was a safe one. THANKS ,for a safe trip. LETS DO IT AGAIN, AL CARTER. Cons: The outside waiting area is non existent.
