Pros
Safe driver. Courteous but he ran the heat way too high for the bus with the amount of people in it and it was very uncomfortable. It should be at a cooler temperature.
Cons
The bus temperature should be cooler. Was hard to stay awake and work in the heat of the bus.

Pros
clean friendly. pick up and drop off locations perfect for my getting home.
Cons
only difficulty was the amount of space in front of me. so tight. and even tighter when the person in front of me reclined her seat. I was glad no one was sitting next to me allowing me to stretch a bit.
Tips
used earbuds. some individuals don't think about their volume. For the most part my ear buds helped me not to hear them so much.

Pros
Our bus driver was very friendly, cheery and helpful! We were delayed because of the weather (totally understandable), and he did a great job. Also- thank for the bottled water! Always appreciate small touches like that.
Cons
There's not a lot of room at each seat.

Bus left right on time. Delay was simply traffic.
Cons
I would increase the arrival time estimates. They seem to be very optimistic.

The trip was quick. We arrived earlier then planned. It was smooth sailing and I had a very enjoyable nap with no interruptions.
Cons
The only thing I would state is that the wifi isnt up to par. I was not able to use it whatsoever on my phone and laptop. If this does get fixed, it would be nice to have a video for setting it up if additional work is needed.
