Cons
Staff expected us to know how to board efficiently but didn’t explain to those in line how to scan and proceed.
Tips
People were a little confused by how the boarding groups got assigned. Just keep an eye out for lanes to stand in and if you’re boarding D, get there early to get a seat you want.

Pros
Bus ride was wonderful! Easy, clean, comfortable, etc.
Cons
1. Was disappointed in the wifi. Standard wifi was absolutely useless and I felt paying for an upgrade to be misleading since it was advertised as included. I ended up paying for it and was ultimately happy with the speed. 2. Could not believe there were no cup holders...More
Tips
-Bring a neck pillow! -Prepare for temperature swings (hot in the sun, cold in the shade) -You'll have to pay for internet that works well - standard issue wifi was useless, couldn't even send an email.

Pros
Easy boarding, no stops, super empty (had row to myself).
Cons
The WiFi did not work on my computer, but perhaps it worked for others. Did not interact with staff at all (except guy who checked my ticket), so cannot say whether they were friendly!
Tips
Bolt Bus is BY FAR a better option than Greyhound, Peterpan, or Megabus.

Pros
It was quiet and dark for the early morning ride.
Cons
Putting outlets at every bank of seats.
Tips
Early morning and late evening trips are less crowded. Be on time! They don't wait and I appreciate it.

I never did get the wifi to work, and didn't see the power outlets until the trip back. Apparently nobody else did either, I never saw one being used. The cloth seats are frayed and the buses which were sparkling clean a few years ago could use a refresh.

Pros
The timing was great! Whenever I travel from Boston to New York by bus, I'm usually caught in traffic, and a four-hour trip usually turns into a 5.5 journey. But both inbound and outbound buses were on time with zero issues. Yay!

Can we eliminate the pit stops on the Boston-to-New York bus trips?
Tips
Get to the bus early so you can get a desirable seat. It's first come, first serve.

I had two seats to myself for me & my stuff. That was probably due to the time in which I traveled, but it was still nice. Oh! The outlets worked! On previous bus rides, they haven't so that was good.
