Pros: I felt safe and it was very reliable, since it was on time. Cons: The bathroom smelled really bad, I sat on the seats at the back and I couldn’t take the smell. Tips: It’s a good company for the price.

Pros: The price. Cons: It is was mentioned there is water should be provided but nothing I was thirsty all the trip. Tips: Bring your water with you.

Pros: Getting there ahead of time but, before that, I took another bus into town free and, I experienced my first time ride on s Pittsburgh trolley free. Cons: I had to pay for two tickets for one ride. I don’t know if I will get a refund for that or not but the ride I actually received was Very comfortable. Tips: When they say 12:01 a.m. they mean the beginning of the next day. That’s how I had to pay for two tickets but got one ride.

Pros: Very few stops. Cons: Pick-up change notification earlier. Tips: Bring water and snacks.

Pros: I was able to arrive home on time! Cons: The seats were a bit stiff and there was not a sufficient amount of room for leg space. Tips: Try to arrive at a decent time before boarding to avoid standing in a long line!

Pros: The bus from DC to Pittsburgh had 2+ hour delay in route because of a horrendous accident. I was feeling rather disgruntled by the delay until we passed the scene of the accident and the condition of the vehicles. Horrible and sad. So then I thought what’s a delay compared to that devastation. Our female bus driver was pleasant and helpful. Return trip went on schedule and was more crowded. The half hour lunch stop was sufficient. We arrived in D.C. a few minutes early. It was nice to have help with luggage on and off the bus. Cons: I was pleased. So much also depends on the other passengers. If they are loud or rowdy or disrespectful then it is unpleasant for all. This thankful wasn’t the case with either trip. Tips: Be on time. There is overheard storage room.
