Amtrak Northeast Regional

Pros: I didn't have to sit in holiday traffic on the highway for 4 to 7 hours! Amtrak safely took me to my destination within 3.5 hours. Cons: The Cafe car attendant on Train 138 north bound could have been NICER to her patrons. Tips: Recommend they use online status trackers to montitor the departure and arrival of their train. My initial local train was late so I RAN hurriedly to Amtrak station to make my scheduled train ONLY to arrive at a notice of an AMTRAK DELAY! Using an online tracker would have minimized the stress of the situation. Fortunately, I used it for my return trip and had a smooth return home.
