Pros: This trip was NOT during the pandemic, so no opinion. Not driving or flying is fantastic. Cons: The ability to book multiple tickets at the same time on the same screen. Having to pay for one then restart the process is disconcerting when o must have a ticket for my young son along with me. I was unsure we were going to be able to be on the same trip until both tickets were booked separately-and that was stressful and imperative. Tips: This app has been very helpful when family visits are needed. Much more cost effective than a plane fare and more convenient from my house to the train station than airport. Also a more relaxing way to travel when the stakes are high. I used Wanderu to book a trip to get to the hospital my mother was dying in- got the call at 1pm at work, and was on the train with my son by 4:15. Quite an important trip and very last minute. And yes we made it before she passed.
