Amtrak Pacific Surfliner

Pros: Just relax! No traffic no worries. Just vibes. Cons: The staff checking tickets could be a bit kinder. They were telling us our next stop was coming up and we were aware. He then proceeded to make us get up and stand by the door. It wasn’t even a busy train, so we felt a bit rushed to get down when the train still kept going for another 3-5 mins. Rude!

Amtrak Pacific Surfliner

Pros: We flew in from Houston to Orange County had a visit to Disneyland & met up with our family traveling there also. The next day we took two of the older grandkids 6 & 8 yr old's on their first coastal train ride to San Diego for three more days before flying back home.... perfect solution to avoid driving and parking at Disneyland. Cons: We took a mid day trip so the snack stations we not all open. Tips: Wonderful scenic trip,. We booked business class for better seating and amenities...not that much more costwise.....worth it for sure!
