Pros: Big windows, clean, staff ready to serve! It was my first on the train, so happy employee escorted me to the area I needed to go. She also explained the process. Personal delivery of food with QR code, expensive though. Roomy comfortable ride! Cons: Lower price for snacks. Tips: Safe, enjoyable ride. Come, relax, and bring lots of $$$ if you want to eat.😊.

Pros: very efficient, Brightline was comfortable. Was able to take baggage with us. Cons: Went for the Smart Saver ticket but didn't realize if you are too early could not sit at the terminal. Tips: If not too much more go for something other than the smart saver ticket, unless you know the area and where to go if you are too early.
