Amtrak Empire Service

Pros: I have missed the my time schedule train at 1020 hrs. I have reported late to the customers svc ( Mr Frank) and explain about my late arrival. He smiled at me and transfer my ticket to the next one. Surprisingly he adjusted my 9 years daughter fare with the minor one which I could not do it online. While boarding I was given special priority with my kids apart ftom my regular line. Overall I am really impressed with the overall service. Cons: Journey time is a bit long than that of bus. Need to complete within 7 to 8 hours. WiFi access was limited, it can be improve in future.
