Pros: smooth ride, friendly driver, little traffic. Cons: finding the bus in the port authority terminal was annoying b/c the electronic sign/gate was not matched to where the actual bus was located and most of the staff didn't know where to point us so we went back and forth a couple times before we found the bus. Tips: show up early to find your bus in case it's not at the correct terminal.
