Pros: i like almost everything about it. i also like the service, the bus drivers were so friendly, especially samuel. Cons: the seat adjustment can be improved. Tips: look for tickets in wanderu, it is much cheaper and better than everywhere else.

Pros: The driver Ken had a really nice vibe, cool guy. Cons: Keep lights off. Tips: Bring snacks.

Samuel was excellent. He was on time and kept us informed throughout the trip.

Pros: The driver was so good. Tips: I didn’t know that WiFi was available in the bus. I could have used it. (But it’s not big deal for me.).

Fast, efficient, smooth ride

Pros: arrived 15 minutes early; smooth processing at the border. Cons: The Tiicket information does not have accurate bus station location -- the words were truncated on the ticket. Even other passengers were wondering exactly where to meet. The Seattle Convention Centre is so big... can't spend so much time walking and looking for bus station. I didn't have long distance on my phone, so I asked another bus line driver to phone Quick Shuttle on my behalf. Tips: Make sure you know exact location of pick up points. There is Wifi but extremely slow inside the bus.

Pros: I had a great experience with this trip! What I liked the most was how fast and comfortable the journey was. The bus was punctual, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The driver was excellent very informative and professional. They took the time to instruct passengers on important details, constantly updating us on the route and estimated time of arrival. Additionally, they carefully explained the amenities available on the bus, ensuring everyone was well-informed and comfortable throughout the ride. Overall, it was a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend! Cons: It would be a nice touch if there were more snack or drink options available for passengers during the journey. Tips: I highly recommend Quick Shuttle.

Pros: The driver did a great job. The power supply and wifi in the car are also running normally.which is good. Cons: I hope that the company's service phone number to be answered 7 days a week.Then I hope the pick-up location is clearly marked. Tips: Not suitable for solo travellers in unfamiliar cities.
