Pros: The staff are very helpful and respectful and they work very hard. They are committed and dedicated. I would travel again. Thank you excellent service. Cons: Definitely need an upgrade on the trains the chairs are old and the connections for the phone should be updated. They are times people don't have a power brick. We should be able to just plug in like on the bus. The food for coach also can improve. Tips: No not really. People are friendly.
