Pros: Safe way to travel and avoid highways and bad drivers. Cons: I think a ramp instead of stairs getting in and out of the train for elderly folks, or those with physical disabilities would be very beneficial. Along with the ease of moving luggage would be fantastic. Ramp over the stairs instead of replacing the stairs could be done.

Pros: Convenient. Cons: Go at a time where the wineries would still be open later in Hermann. Tips: Na.

Pros: Good scenery and weather. Cons: Not much. Tips: None.

Pros: In time, comfortable and folks were cooperative. Cons: Not much needed. Tips: It was fist after retirement. I felt comfortable and safe.

Pros: Nice clean trip. Cons: I do not ride train that offer but what is benefits of business section. Tips: Just do not take too many luggage because not any help to train. I had help that was great but just other had to walk a long way to and from train.

Pros: I loved the feel of the ride and I felt safe on the train.. Cons: Signs showing what section you are in.. Tips: Enjoy your trip..

Pros: The train ride could have been faster! Cons: Wine tasting was very expensive. Tips: Some were very loud.

Pros: The train left at the advertised time and arrived on time. The staff was friendly and kind. Cons: Parts of the trip the heat seemed to go out, but I had a blanket and was able to cover up. As a senior citizen, comfortability is important to me. Tips: Enjoy riding Amtrak!

Pros: Very comfortable and enjoyable. Cons: Nothing is needed to improve only the Wi-Fi needs to be strengthen. Tips: They were friendly and humble to travel with them.

Pros: I had alot of room the searing was great it was peaceful and quiet I loved it. Cons: Nothing.

Clean and spacious seat. Café cart had quick service. Arrived on time.

Pros: It was a fun escape- great experience all around! Cons: Communication between staff and passengers. We arrived home four hours late. There was an initial heads up of the delay and we were updated once, vaguely. However we were led to believe it was a short delay...not hours. Tips: Bring a blanket or hoodie. Have flexible plans before and after the trip, because based on this one, there will be delays.

Pros: The relaxed environment of the train. Cons: The train arriving late and picking us up super late in the rain. Tips: None.
