Some of the best outdoor recreation sites are Badesee Epple, Rheinstrandbad Rappenwort, and Weingarten, offering blue waters for fishing, swimming, and sailing, respectively.

Karlsruhe is easy to reach from cities like Berlin, Munich, and Frankfurt on Deutsche Bahn trains. Originally a Danish city, Malmö is located in the far south of Sweden, in the Skane province. This seaside city guarantees something for everyone with a charming blend of Old-Town history and a modern cosmopolitan feel.

For a taste of the city's rich history, visit Malmohus Castle and experience Scandinavia's oldest surviving Renaissance castle. Once a place of grand balls, the castle is now home to several museums, including an art museum, the City Museum, and an aquarium and zoo.

Malmö has ample travel connections nationally as well as internationally. Fly to either Copenhagen Kastrup or the smaller Malmö Airport for travel by air. Long-distance trains from around Sweden, as well as international routes, stop at Malmö Centralstation. Nettbuss and FlixBus services also stop in the city, at the Norra Vallgatan.

Malmo Hyllie station is a railway station in Hyllie, in the southwest of the city. The station is architecturally unique, fronted by glass windows with a huge curved section in the entranceway. The station's regional trains and commuter trains stop here while traveling across Sweden, including Stockholm, Lund, and central Malmo. The station is next to the huge Emporia Shopping Mall, where you can find many shops, restaurants, and amenities. It is also next to Malmo arena, so it's convenient, although often busy when attending concerts and performances. Just outside is a Mcdonald's, as well as Best Western and Quality hotels.
