Pros: I loved the seats, they were comfy and spacious. The servers were very friendly and the chargers worked well! Cons: On-boarding organization needs improvement. I wasn't sure if the passengers needed to be in specific cars depending on their destination, so there was a lot of confusion in the beginning. But I was able to sit anywhere and paid attention to the conductor's stop announcements.
