Pros: Punctuality. The bus from Mansfield to Hartford was on-time, and the bus from Hartford to New York left earlier than as scheduled. There was a slight delay in arrival to New York but that can be attributed to heavy traffic. Cons: Gate numbers should be updated on tickets so that passengers will make sure that they get on the right bus. At Hartford Union Station, I had no way of knowing which gate I was supposed to be at if not for the announcements via speaker. Tips: Travel light and bring some food for the trip.
