Pros: The bus departed NYC on time, but the traffic was terrible, and that was no fault of the driver or the company. The driver and terminal staff were pretty courteous. I felt safe and it was as expected. The ticket could have been a bit cheaper, being that it was a competitive route. Cons: The bus needs a deep cleaning. Tips: Use Peter Pan if you have to, but the fares tend to be high on some routes.
