Pros: The driver, who simply told us she did not have any planned stops, but she would stop if any passenger needed to at any point in the trip, just tell her. There were only 3 travelers, all 3 of us going from NYC to Amherst, so it felt like a road trip with a friend in the driver's seat. Also, we were in a very nice Mercedes minivan-type vehicle. We arrived in Amherst early, by the way. Cons: I have one major complaint. I booked a round trip ticket from NYC to Amherst, MA. I wanted to leave from a location in NYC that was easy to get to from the subway. I carefully chose a trip to Amherst that supposedly left from Moynihan Hall. What I got, despite my care, was a trip that left from 1st Ave and 39th. Ya can't get there from where I live in Brooklyn. Boo!

Pros: The driver made me feel safe because he seemed contientious. Traffic was congested in NYC, but being late wasn't the drivers fault. Cons: Your outlets to charge a cell phone needs to be updated to either plug-in outlets or ones that work for both Android and iPhone. The current ones ae too big fo Android phones, and are sized for iPhones.

Pros: The first leg from Amherst to Hartford was pleasant. It got crowded from Hartford to NYC . Driver could be friendlier. Saw no signs of COVID precautions. Cons: On trip from Hartford to NYC, there was a passenger spread across two seats as people were scrambling; the driver should have walked back through the entire bus to make sure everyone complied with his verbal i instructions of not to occupy two seats. Tips: Bring snacks; not enough time to run to store as the bus stops; the drivers wait for no one, So make sure you inform them if you leave the bus area.

Pros: It was easy and the buses were on time. Cons: I wish to have a better connection of buses at Springfield, MA. I had to wait for 2 hrs.

Pros: Fast and easy. Cons: Due to traffic, always at least 15 minutes late - would prefer if the ETA was more accurate.
