Peter Pan Lines

Pros: I got trapped in the elevator at the bus station (Silver Spring MD) on the day I was to travel at first and missed my bus, was able to submit a ticket while in there and a customer care representative reached out to me as soon as I got out and helped reschedule my trip. I am glad the way they responded fast and she was very friendly and showed care and concern. Cons: There should be a phone number one can directly access when there are emergencies. Not many people will know about submitting a ticket. Tips: Peter pan bus lines are very reliable. The staff are very friendly and communicate well. I would recommend the bus lines to anyone anytime, any day.

Peter Pan Lines

There were a number of stops I was unaware of when purchasing the ticket. The ticket only displayed departure and arrival location not a few of the small stops in between or the actual final stop. This was not a significant problem but may be useful to those purchasing tickets or traveling with multiple passengers.
