Pros: It was a sunny day great for traveling. Cons: Give a little loyalty perk or discount once in awhile maybe.

Pros: Very relaxing trip. I also really liked the bus driver because be reinforced having out loud conversations to a minimum. Cons: Nothing.

The seats were spacious and the bus driver was kind and communicative. He made sure to give us updates on our timing including traffic and asked the bus whether we wanted a rest stop and emphasized rules for respected other passengers. One of the better bus rides I’ve had!

Dude swerved one time. It was scary. Older man when we switched drivers. Please improve the internet. Comfy seats though 😎

The driver was awful. She kept braking

Pros: Clean bus, left right on time from the station and got to NYC right on time. Cons: WiFi was slow. Luckily I had mobile data to use but if I didn’t, the WiFi would have been useless.

Pros: Great value! I took Best Bus Prime and it was GREAT! Cons: Wifi could be better. Maybe too many people on it at the same time.

Pros: Friendly staff very helpful; begining with the check in gentlemen to the bus drivers. Cons: Some waiting area with few seats until the bus arrives. Tips: Just to be in time for their trips.

Pros: Not bed. It took a long time due to heavy traffic. Also, the bus driver kept braking suddenly, so the bus was jerky. Cons: lease increase the frequency of luxury bus departures.

Pros: On time. Cons: The bus was dirty, seats were dirty. It was Prime bus, paid for prime but was not worth it at all.

Pros: Timely departure with experienced and courteous drivers each way. Cons: The WiFi was weak and often froze.

Our bus driver was the nicest person and assisted us with a lost phone. He was bilingual and able to communicate to help get it returned and I really appreciate all his caring and help that allowed our trip to be great!
