Pros: nothing. Cons: Better customer service More reliable communication- a portal to check bus status - not just an email. Tips: Terrible customer service and unreliable bus service. My trip was changed twice: 1) the pick up time 2) the pick up location. Ourbus communicated these changes via email, I was supposed to be sent an updated ticket and never received it. Turns out, only the pick up location changed, not the time and I ended up missing the bus. The staff member, told me the bus departed and walked away. He gave no advice, next steps or other options. It was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The price was great but I would recommend using a more reliable company (Peterpan, Boltbus, Greyhound).
