Bus was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can’t ask for more for a $7 trip. This is my first megabus travel and it was very comfortable.
I really found nothing except where the departures are. I had no problem because my bus was in the morning but heard from some friends that the arrivals at night in that location are not safe at all. So I would recommend moving to real bus station as safety is and shoul...More
Be 10 mins before time just so you don’t miss bus. Hard copy of the reservation is not required which is good. Night travels to San Antonio is not recommended as the arrival would be at a place which is open, more like a parking space and in downtown.
