Pros: The friendly staff at C&J—they’re amazing! Buses always on time. Always clean buses! Cons: Bring back the water and newspaper. Tips: If C&J is going where you are, definitely choose them! No comparison to PP or GH.

Pros: The driver was friendly and helpful and a much better driver than the last few trips I’ve taken. We also arrived almost 30 mins early, which was great. I also appreciated that our driver enforced the no using devices without earbuds policy and no phone calls policy during the ride. Cons: I was not aware there were assigned seats and would’ve like to have chosen my own seat. The bus was not full so I was able to move to a window seat, but I would’ve like to know ahead of time.

Pros: This was an easy ride and took travel stress away. Cons: Nothing, it was great! Tips: Arrive early because it leaves on time.

Pros: There was a fellow passenger on the bus who was constantly moving in the bus from front to back and making weird gestures causing lot of anxiety to all the travelers on the bus. It was a 6 + hour trip, even though the bus was very nice comfortable and clean we could not enjoy the trip. I wish the driver should I have warned him and should have removed him from the bus. Cons: Even though the service was excellent, I am giving 3 stars for the above mentioned reason.

Pros: I used the C.J. BUS WENT TO NEW HAMPSHIRE IT WAS SHORT TRIP BUT A FUNFILL ONE. Cons: I took the C.J, bus line to Newhamshire .it was a awesome trip .the bus was clean bathroom excellent 👌. However I am living in the bronx so I had to get it in portauthority . Which I don't mind But please if you could just find a drop off spot at some point in The BRONX myself and others would greatly appreciate it .even at bay plaza. Lol because I literally get on the bus in Manhattan then come back in the bronx to pass my house to newhamshire like seriously 🙃 I have to travel 1hr to the bus only to realize I am passing my house to get to my destination. When I could stay at my gate or closer to get the Bus only if they did provide a Bus Stop .please think about a pick up or drop off stop in the bronx or both . Tips: I would recommend the CJ bus any time awesome 👌.

Pros: C&J buses are awesome. I have taken many other bus companies and NONE compares to C&J. The stafff is so pleasant, helpful and very polite. I would recommend C&J to anyone traveling North! Cons: Bring the water and newspapers back. Tips: If at all possible TAKE C&J.

Pros: The driver was helpful, kind and polite. Cons: The bus was totally full. Very uncomfortable. Tips: C&J is the best bus line. Use them if you can!!

Pros: The staff was great, in the front desk and driver. Excellent, respectful and very polite. Bus was very clean. Help with my suitcase was much appreciated! Cons: Reckless, bumpers bathroom, lol!! Tips: If C&J is available, they would be my recommendation above any other bus company.
