The views were Amazing! We saw so many different parts of Colorado that we'd never seen before.
Send an update when the train is late. The train was almost 2 hours delayed - it would have been nice to get an alert that it was running behind.
The food is limited and not the best quality on the train - we brought our own breakfast / lunch and so glad that we did. It was better than any option they provided to us.

Polite and friendly staff. Kept my husband and I seated together.
The garbage/ sink in observatory was stinky. One of the cars was seriously gag worthy- smelled like several dirty diapers.
Don't plan on anything on the other end of your trip. You will more than likely be late
