Departure procedure at Boston Terminal quite confusing as Staff not particularly helpful with information and instructions before boarding.
Tips
Make sure to get to the Boston Bus Terminal well before departure in order to find out which gate the bus leaves from - the gate indicated on the ticket not the same as actual departure gate.
