Cheap coach tickets from New York to Ithaca

Pros: Got there quick before arrival time. Cons: Well the wifi need more time. Tips: Best bus.

Pros: The bus was clean and comfortable. What really made this a good trip was the driver, Stephen. I felt safe because he drove well. I felt comfortable because of how the conducted himself. He introduced himself, greeted us, explained water and wi-fi were available, the location of the bathrooms and the electrical outlets, and announced from the get go that we'd make a brief stop for people to use the facilities or get food. When we approached that location, he again explained the stop and stated at what time we'd be leaving. When we arrived in NY, he had noticed I have a mobility issue and offered me much welcome support for the last step off the bus. Cons: Train all your drivers to be like Stephen. People like him make the difference between companies.

Pros: Smooth. I slept comfortably throughout. Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The bus was very comfortable. Competent driver. Safe. The vehicle was well maintained. Smooth ride. Cons: The power socket in front my seat did not work. I suspect it was not turned on by the driver or maintenance needs to take a look at it. I also could not get Wifi to work (I used my own phone hotspot instead).

Pros: I particularly like that our driver took the time to give us information about the trip. Probably the only driver that has done this and it was very appreciated. I told him so. His name is Aaron. Cons: Nothing to improve.

Pros: The bus was clean and comfortable, and it arrived on time. Cons: Pick up was confusing. I got there early and was 5th in line where the bus was, but another bus on the far end was the Ithaca bus, and I was now at the end of the line when it started boarding. Tips: Get there a little early.

Pros: Bargain for the price. Cons: Better, comfortable seating. Tips: Good, reliable transportation.

Good temperature on the bus

Pros: Overpriced tickets, Bus can be cleaner, Wi Fi never works, Late for more than 1 hour. Cons: Cleaning Wi Fi.

Pros: Quiet. Cons: Wait time. Tips: No.

Pros: The price. Cons: Timeliness and the accurate location of trailway buses at port authority. Tips: Trailway buses are at port authority. Inside, not outside. And 2 levels down.

The ticket did not indicate the gate number. I had to ask the station staff. I was afraid that I might not find the gate and because of this I would be late for the bus

Pros: I booked this at the last minute (90 minutes prior) when anoher busline projected a two hour delay after we waited 25 minutes past the departure time with no information, and then an update arrived which cast doubt on the trip. We also had a tight connect at Binghamton, NY for Ithaca, NY, where no real transfer time was scheduled, and the driver took great pains to make sure the connectung bus did not depart without us. Cons: Upgrade the bus's interior. Tips: The trip was safe and reliable. This is one of the main buslines; the newby lines are a bit more risky.

Pros: My trip was nice fast and comfortable. Cons: I do not think you need any improvement. Tips: N/A.
