Dunfermline Town Railway Station is at the southwest corner of Dunfermline Public Park, off of St Margarets Drive. Most of Dunfermline's town center is within a 15-minute walk of the station, including the Dunfermline Abbey and Carnegie Hall. Staff in the small station building are on hand to assist with questions, and restrooms are available. Both the northbound and southbound platforms have waiting rooms connected by a ramped subway. ScotRail's Fife Circle Line stops at this station on its route to destinations including Edinburgh and Inverkeithing.
