Pros: It was convenient and clean. I arrived on time and the bus was not over crowded. It was perfect! Cons: Maybe indicate during booking that you don't need to check in with the station personnel just check with the driver at the bus, that was the only confusing thing for me as I don't normally travel via tour bus. Tips: Try it, it's not like back in the day!!
