Pros: I couldn't be happier with Mercedes. Her driving was superb. She had a wonderful personality he had. She controlled herself and the passengers. I would imagine that everyone shared my thoughts and feelings. She was always very aware of her role and the safety of the passengers. I just couldn't ask for a better experience because subsequently I had another experience for my return trip and it was terrible. I gave them at one point rating. Cons: I don't understand how to work the door in the bathroom and it seems nobody could figure it out. Maybe you could do something about that. Tips: Make it as easy as possible for customers to make you visible, accessible and be able to book trips. I really don't know how to get in touch with you and there should be some system.

Pros: Never had such a friendly yet professional driver. I was impressed with her and in her dealings with all aspects of the trip! Cons: I wish passengers would pay attention to rules meant to allow all a quiet and peaceful journey, like...not playing music too loudly. Tips: Masks are still safest way to travel.

Pros: It was a relaxing ride! Cons: Can't think of anything. Tips: I was pleasantly surprised since I did not know what to expect. The ride felt safe and was meeting my expectations. Make sure to arrive 15 Minutes earlier.

The entertainment system didn't seem to work. Leg space was cramped. Wish it had more space Could provide plastic bag for each seat for trash

Pros: The bus driver was very nice and we got there in a very timely manner! all the information was easy to understand! Cons: no need for improvements.
