Go Buses

Pros: The trip was uneventful and delivered me to Cambridge safely. Cons: The bathroom needs hand sanitizer. There was some sort of unanticipated delay in Newton that caused the final stop in Cambridge to be delayed by 30+ minutes- a little communication to passengers would have been helpful and appreciated. Also there needs to be a more organized system for lining up and boarding the bus. People were online for an hour in advance of the bus arrival but did not get seats that they may have wanted once they put their luggage in the carrier section and had to wade through the crowd to find a seat on the bus. Tips: Still a great value despite a few hiccups.
