Pros: I liked that my trip was comfortable and quiet. Cons: I think the pricing of the tickets can be lowered. Tips: Get to the bus 30 minutes before it departs. Not only do you have more options when it comes seat selection, but it will make your trip less stressful.

Pros: Driver was fantastic. Cons: 1st stop should be at 30th street, 2nd stop should be on Spring Garden. The order that our bus stopped in was illlogical.

Pros: Punctual all through. Picked up and dropped on time. The bus had a toilet which is convenient for senior citizens like me. The pilot took pic of my luggage as well which made me feel secure. He personally ensured delivery with a thank you wish. As a whole, the trip was pleasant. Cons: In the toilet, it was not clear which button to press to flush out. I am not clear whether such a facility exists. Tips: You can trust Martz.

Pros: Driver was very friendly and polite very relaxing trip I go twice a month. Cons: Nothing so far I have no problems sometimes passengers acting up talking loud on there phone nothing to do with the bus. The driver immediately tells them to lower the volume excellent. Tips: Show respect four other passengers don't play your music loud and don't talk on the phone loud.

Pros: The bus is always on time and always leaves on time. The bus drivers are courteous and professional. Generally there is plenty of space in the seat. Cons: Sometimes I get confused about whether or not I need to have a paper ticket. A paper ticket is needed either when I purchase the ticket through Martz or through Amtrak, but I am not sure which. Tips: Make sure you are on time to the bus. Have a paper ticket to be safe.

Pros: The bus arrived early and got to the destination on time. the seats were very comfortable and the bus was clean. Cons: Covid safety protocols should be more enforced- some people were not wearing masks and the driver said nothing.
