Pros: Even though we were delayed by an hour, the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. we were moved to another train immediately and got home just fine. Cons: nothing. Tips: Just relax nothing about traveling is 100% guaranteed, go with the flow and allow extra time for all that could happen. Things happen!
