Reno to Las Vegas

Pros: The first driver was unsafe. He was trying to pass a big trucks on a two lane road. Scared most of us to the point where a male passenger advised him not to Gamble with our lives. Second driver was absolutely great. Friendly courteous and SAFE! Cons: Ensure all drivers are following safe driving measures. Tips: Just be aware of your surroundings.

Logan to Salt Lake City

Pros: The address I put for pick up was changed from the Quality Inn in Logan. I didn't appreciate that Salt Lake Express had no reversation number. If the driver had not shown up at the Quality Inn I would have missed my flight and it would have been because your company changed the pick up address. Cons: I did not appreciate the Fact that the address was changed from the address that I originally used for a pick up. Tips: Make sure that the address is not changed by a company when you have no way to get to a different location.
