Amtrak Northeast Regional

Pros: No surprises; comfortable seats; clean car; clear updates and station announcements; to a good approximation - on time. Cons: More detail on web pages used to purchase tickets. When I purchased my ticket, I could find nothing about Business Class or Quiet Car. On my way back from Baltimore to Bridgeport there was a Business Class Car and a Quiet Car that I would have utilized had I been aware of those features.
