Amtrak

Pros: on time departures & arrivals. Cons: Commuter & inter-city rail lines have small monitors to keep updated 'time to next stop', 'next station', etc. These would be helpful when you are work focused and lose track of where the train is. Tips: As airports struggle to staff back up, take advantage of the train convenience and prices!
