Pros: Peaceful ride can’t wait to take Amtrak again the small older man who was the conductor was very mean. Nicer staff would have been better but overall great ride. Cons: Nicer conductors.

Pros: Red Cap service. Cons: Newer train seat too low, handicap seating not as good as on older trains. Tips: In my opinion it's better to ride on the older train.

Pros: I like trip and buy ticket in wanderu because so many schedule for time and easy to buy tickets online. Cons: Excellent. Tips: Yes they all good and same way going to Chicago.

The Amtrak Hiawatha between Milwaukee and Chicago’s Union Station is what train travel should be like. Inexpensive, convenient and comfortable—all things that son’t describe air travel.

Pros: The friendly and helpful staff. Red Cap service was outstanding. The promptness of the train. Cons: The pickup area on Clinton Street needs improvement for handicapped people to get into their pickup vehicle. Tips: Travelers should arrive at least 1/2 hour early. It makes the trip less stressful and turns it into a very enjoyable adventure.

The driver on my trip was extremely inconsiderate. An item was left behind and when in tried to flagged down the bus he steered out of my path and continued on driving.

Pros: My seat cushion was not attached to the seat, but wasn't enough to make us move. There was plenty of space for our bags, we were traveling from Milwaukee to Glenview to have lunch and grab a plan to Connecticut. Our daughter takes this train regularly and recommended it. Cons: Thought it was all good. Tips: IDK I don't know if there was wi-fi? There was a place to plug our phones in!
